I believe it's possible to transform work into soul work, but I do wonder if the systems and structures of some companies prevent that transformation from happening at scale beyond the individual, or small team.
I wonder sometimes if it's even possible at all in a late stage capitalist system, but even while holding that question I think it's still important to try.
